NOTICE: A 3% CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ABSORB THE PROCESSING FEES WE ARE CHARGED.

Extra person charge is $ 30.00 per week $ 6.00 per day per person.

Early season discount 5/1/08 - 5/30/08 - Late season discount 8/16/08 - 9/30/08

Discount applies on weekly rentals only $55.00 per week $75.00 multiple consecutive weeks, same cottage.

A boat or dock space for your boat included in cottage rental.

Motor rental - 6 hp - 65.00 per week plus fuel - 8 hp $ 80.00 per week plus fuel

Pontoon rental 8hrs $80.00 - 4 hrs $55.00 - Weekly $335.00 plus fuel for all rentals

14foot pontoon weekly only $240 plus fuel, maxium capacity of 4 people

Pets $ 60.00 per week- $12.00 per day, Limit 1 pet( No Exceptions )with prior permission, only if pet is well behaved, leashed and picked up after. Pet is not to be left unattended in the cottage unless placed in a kennel. Owner is responsible for all damages and injury to other guests.

A deposit of $ 150.00 per week per cottage is required within 7 days of making the reservation with a credit card or a check and valid credit card number.

Prices do not include MN state sales tax of 6.5%. There are no other taxes applicable at this time.

Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation
